When I was diagnosed with MS, I was told my body was attacking itself.

What I wasn’t given was a satisfying explanation for why it had happened or any reason to believe my body might be doing something more intelligent than simply turning against me.  So I kept asking questions.

I researched. I experimented. I listened to my body.

And over time, I began finding connections that changed the way I understood MS, symptoms, and what might

still be possible.

I created this ebook to bring one of those connections, the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus and MS, into one clear, understandable place.

Not to tell you what to believe.  To give you information worth considering and questions worth asking. You deserve the opportunity to understand more of your own story.

My hope is that this guide will bring you

peace, hope and a clear path forward.
